Licorice is used for a vast array of conditions including bronchitis, coughs, sore throats, inflammatory stomach conditions, peptic ulcers, arthritis, allergic conditions, constipation, skin problems. It stimulates the adrenal glands making it useful in the treatment of addisons disease.
